Just lovely. Very, child friendly and dog friendly. They even had guests with a cat on a leash (not kidding) food is okay, but service was lovely and the pools are great. No fitness room.. If you want sport, go on a hike with them. Would recommend warmly for family people. Not for singles.
Great location, very clean hotel, staff very attentive, loved the pools and services on offer
One of the best location I had, with a really good food and full located in the see. To recommend

Firstly we booked this hotel for the Spa, an 80th birthday present from my grand daughter and a treat from me for my daughter recovering from serious illness. I explained this over the telephone and they kindly sent a full list of treatments. I also told them I was a wheelchair user and a sked if the lift was near the bedroom, they said yes but did not explain this hotel was not suitable for wheelchair users as most hotels in Italy do. we were told there were NO appointments ALL week, we were bitterly disappointed to say the least, Alli can say is they must have been invisible clients and invisible staff, because I only saw one other person having a treatment, after much argument they offered a relaxing
massage. No fault with facilities for young families and able bodied people, but I felt I have wasted my money totally
The hotel is definitely not a 4* a 3* at its best
The breakfast and dinner buffet was the same for a week and barely any taste
The dinner menu was awful, definitely no italian inspiration
The positive reviews you read might be owners by the hotel
The only nice thing is the view and the outdoor pool
We paid 1300€ each for a week and it’s definitely way overpriced
No slippers no bathrobe they wanted to charge an extra 10€ for thalassso pool
What a bad holiday. I don't mind reading a reply from the hotel because it really looked like a two-star pension rather than a 4-star hotel. August, half board. Terrible dinner food in a room without air conditioning. Having some relaxation in the outdoor pool was impossible. Rude children galore without any supervision and a very grumpy and rude lifeguard. Zero beach services. Really bad beach, stony and with difficult access to the sea. The room was a hole, full of mosquitoes and with the air conditioning that only made noise without working properly. Very inconvenient location if you don't have a car to reach the center. Bad experience, also paid dearly.
The internal spa should be a place of relaxation but it is not. They also let in children who shouldn't be allowed in and rude people.
Nice place with an open view and really good food loved the second dices by chef Jonathan
